Title A

The demands for control features on pump stations vary far more than the mechanical component requirements. HFE PROCESS produces customized controls in accordance with all applicable customer specifications and safety standards.

Title B

Control panels can be designed for a variety of voltages including 115VAC & 230VAC Single Phase and 208VAC, 230VAC, 460VAC Three Phase.

Title C

Operation availability ranges from basic float switch level activation to sophisticated PLC driven and remote operated panels that depend on other types of instrumentation.

Title D

Solid state starters such as soft start and variable speed drives are commonly used to mitigate local conditions such as end of line power supply system or water hammer.

Title E

HFE PROCESS offers complete pumping control systems for new stations or retrofitting on previously installed systems. All control systems are programmed and tested in the factory before shipment.
